Repair Service

Although for may of our customers doing their own repairs and upgrades is a part of the hobby, we offer a repair service for those more difficult repairs or simply when you're stuck. We have skilled repair techs in Australia, the USA, and Canada with extensive experience in repairing and upgrading RC equipment. The Xtreem RC Repair team handles any repairs covered by our warranty and Returns Policy, but in most cases a fee is charged for this service. The Xtreem RC team has a strong knowledge of Huina models and parts and can do repairs, upgrades, fault finding and customizations.

If you buy a product from Xtreem RC that arrives faulty or damaged, you are entiled to a replacment or free repair. However, if you have voided your warranty through misuse or tampering, the repair may incur a fee. We can discuss this with you and give an estimate on the costs before beginning the repair. We can also do free over-the-phone consultations if you need some advice.

For a fast turn-around and to avoid extra cost, please ensure you email Gary at support@xtreemrc.com, and he will arrange the repair, including the shipping label for collection from your house. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to and from the repair techs. Unfortunately, sometimes RC equipment fails, but with Xtreem RC, you don't have to worry. We are a family owned small business but we're able to offer a repair service in Australia, the USA and Canada.
