Thank you for ordering from Xtreem RC. We appreciate your business and we understand that fast delivery and great customer service is what our customers expect!

At Xtreem RC, we promise to do all we can to get you your order as soon as possible. With most orders, we aim to have all orders dispatched within 48 hours and delivered to your door in less than 7 days. Some items require shipping from our overseas suppliers or fulfilment facilities, in this case shipping is usually 10 to 16 days. Unfortunely, delays due to supply chain or transport issues or weather events can sometimes happen. In these cases, we will be sure to keep you updated every step of the way.

Don't know your tracking number?

If you have not received your tracking number or have lost it, simply input your order number and email address found on your receipt to retrieve your tracking number. If you are unable to retrieve your tracking information after you've placed an order for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@xtreemrc.com.
